Joseph P. Policape wrote and published his first book,
"Birds's Love for Poetry and Essays" in 2004. He has just published "A Spiritual Journey," and "Translations of Romance," Mr. Policape was born in Bainet, Haiti, and grew up in Petion-Ville, Haiti.

He came to the United States when he was 23 years old. He had never studied English in Haiti and so had to learn the language while was here.

Mr. Policape received his undergraduate degree in Economics at he University of Massachussetts in Boston, and he completed his graduate degree in Management Information Systems at Lesley University in Cambriedge, Massachussetts.
